Touring week one

Ok, so I know I am starting this late, but I have been missing countless calls and e-mails asking me about how tour is going.  So I decided that I would attempt to do a weekly online diary about my travels on this tour.  

Currently I am in Colorado Springs for opening night of the show tomorrow.  We had two previews in New Mexico which was where we also had tech rehearsal.  New Mexico is beautiful.  It is filled with lush mountains.  The people there are very nice.  The theater we performed at (Spencer Theater) was located in the mountains.  One day I decided to eat dinner outside and just a few feet in front of me were a family of deer.  I've never seen anything like it.

Anyways, rehearsals were intense... but in a good way.  Dancing and singing every night is something I have dreamed of... and now it's my profession!  I worked really hard during tech trying to get every step and vocal note correct.   This is only the beginning.
